This is a bitchin sharp set of knives. 80crv2 steel. The gyuto is 8.5” / 210mm long. The petty is 6” / 150mm long. For the handles I used stabilized weru burl and they have a lot of crazy figure. The price includes either a knife block or a set of matching sayas to keep the blades safe.
