My name is Josh Hoskins and I really like making knives. I like to make all kinds of things. I cook a lot and several years ago I tried making a chef knife. I used it for about a month and became dissatisfied with it and made another one. Then another one. Then I got really cocky and spent money on better steel and handle materials and thought I’d nailed it. Then I bought a book about kitchen knives and started over. I can’t tell you how many knives I’ve made but its a lot. Here you’ll also find outdoor knives, EDC knives and the custom leatherwork / kydex sheathes that go with them. Everything you see is designed and fabricated by me in my tiny little garage shop. If you have any questions, I’m happy to try and help.
