These came out great. 9”/240mm Gyuto and a 6”/150mm petty. 80crv2 Steel with stabilized red heart handles. I threw in some nice brass fixtures. Sets all ship with a knife block or a set of matching sayas to keep the blades safe. Sliiiiiiiick
